Attendees MUST be in year 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 in September 2026 to attend!

You can arrive for the MedicFest Mini from 9:30am, and we aim to kick off at 9:45am and finish around 3pm, with an hour for pick up between 3 & 4pm. 

Parents can not attend the day, but can drop in during the pick hour between 3pm & 4pm to see what we’ve been up to!

Attendees need to bring a packed lunch. 

The SEND session runs from just after 4pm until 5:30pm and can attend with a parent during this session. There are only 12 places available for this session. 

Once ordered you’ll receive a confirmation email after a few minutes and more info a couple of weeks before your event. 

Tickets are £59 for the main day and you can pay in full or two equal installments of £29.50. First payment is taken straight away and the 2nd 30 days later. 

SEND Tickets are £20 and includes the child & parent attendance.
