Event Cancellation by MedicFest: In the event of an event cancellation by MedicFest a full refund will be issued to the purchaser to the original card used during the purchase. This usually takes 3-5 days to reach the account.

Attendance Cancellation by Purchaser: A full refund will be issued if the purchaser cancels within 24 hours of the event. They can contact us via telephone or email listed on the MedicFest website.

VIP Packs: these will be handed out at the end of each MedicFest event to those that purchased them.
